1 General Terms

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Korkiya, the following conditions must be met. Registering with false information may result in the account and balance being forfeited.

• Each person may hold only one account. Having multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
• The name, date of birth, and address provided at registration must be accurate.
• Users must manage their own accounts — operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount, Korkiya may require identity verification. Required documents:

• National ID Card (NID) or a copy of your passport.
• Verification of the name and number on the mobile banking account.
• Proof of address if required (utility bill or bank statement).

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions at Korkiya are fast and secure. The table below outlines the main payment methods and their limits.

Additional Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be sent to the account from which the deposit was made.
• The wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is ৳50,000 — higher limits apply for VIP members.
• No more than three withdrawal requests may be made in a single day.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Korkiya aims to keep bonus terms straightforward and transparent. Here are a few key things to know.

Welcome Bonus (100%)

• Get up to 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to ৳5,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days. Any remaining bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• The minimum odds for bonus bets must be 1.50.

Cashback & Reload Bonus

• The wagering requirement for weekly cashback bonuses is typically 3–5x.
• Cashback is credited directly to your main balance — not to a separate bonus account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

5 Betting Rules & Settlement

Korkiya has specific betting rules that apply equally to all users.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled — except through Cash Out.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, korkiya reserves the right to void it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is voided and your stake is refunded.

Live Betting Special Rules

• Odds in Live Betting can change at any moment — odds may shift until the bet is confirmed.
• Any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a server delay will be voided.
• Cash Out is not always available — it is only offered on select markets and under specific conditions.

Match Cancellation & Postponement

• Cricket: If the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result is final.
• Football: Bets are void if fewer than 75 minutes are played. If a match is suspended after 75+ minutes, settlement follows the official result.
• Tennis: If a player retires after more than one set, the entire match is voided.
• If any leg in an accumulator is void, the bet is settled on the remaining legs with that leg removed.

6 Casino, Slots & Jackpots

Korkiya's casino section has additional terms that differ from Sports Betting.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for all slots and casino games is available in each game's info section.
• Jackpot winners are determined entirely by an automated RNG process — there is no manual intervention.
• KYC verification is mandatory after winning the maximum jackpot.
• If a connection is lost during a Live Casino game, the result will be determined based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection.
• If an account is closed during a slots bonus round, any remaining round rewards are applied automatically.

7 Security & Fraud Prevention

• Suspicious activity: Accounts may be temporarily suspended for investigation if unusual betting patterns or suspicious transactions are detected.

• Any member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• You can voluntarily self-exclude your account for any period from 1 day up to 6 months.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, contact support — we'll do our best to help.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their device secure from minors.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Korkiya may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to submit required documents within the specified timeframe during KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (1 year or more).

For suspended accounts, any valid balance is returned after verification. Bonus balances are not refunded.
